Wholesale Ordering

Virtual Capoeira proudly offers access to wholesale prices on specified capoeira gear to all approved affiliate instructors. You must be logged in to your affiliate instructor account to view wholesale prices. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must purchase the minimum quantity of items listed at the top of each category. Wholesale orders are not eligible for affiliate commissions, VirtualPoints, SchoolPoints, or special discounts and promotions unless otherwise specified. Delivery of wholesale orders will vary depending on the item, size, and quantity ordered. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery on all wholesale orders, noting that some orders may arrive much sooner. Please contact us for expedited shipment requests and delivery information of your planned wholesale orders.

How to Place a Wholesale Order

1. Log in. To place a wholesale order, simply log into your affiliate account and click on the link that says “New! Place Wholesale Orders Online” on your account homepage. Don't have an affiliate account? Apply now!

2. Place your order. Enter in the quantities of items you'd like to purchase on the wholesale order page. In order to receive wholesale pricing, you must purchase the minimum quantity of items required in each category. However, all orders exceeding $1,000 USD receive wholesale pricing with no minimum requirements.

3. Pay for your order. We accept both domestic and international Visa and MasterCards as well as US Discover cards. Simply enter your billing and shipping information and complete the checkout process.

4. Approve the shipping quote. Once you pay for your order, we will get to work on providing you a customized shipping quote, including the estimated time and cost of delivery. Be sure to watch your email for the quote and approve your preferred shipping method to complete your order. Because wholesale orders include many combinations of items that differ in size and packaging requirements (e.g. fragile merchandise such as berimbaus and bulky items such as capoeira pants), shipping quotes can only be determined after your order is placed. One of our shipping specialists will personally provide you with up to three delivery options to fit your needs. Once you receive the quote by email, simply click the "Approve" link next to the shipping method you want to finalize your order.

Do I qualify to buy wholesale?

How do I place a wholesale order?

To place a wholesale order, simply log into your account and click on the link that says “Place Wholesale Orders Online” on your account homepage. Follow the Easy Ordering Instructions on the wholesale order page to complete your order.

How does your $1,000 USD promotion work?

Generally you have to purchase at least the required minimum quantity for each product category to qualify for wholesale pricing. However, any wholesale orders that total $1,000 USD or more (before shipping) will receive wholesale pricing regardless of the number or quantities of the different items in the order. For example, an order may consist of 8 Berimbaus, 15 Colored Capoeira Pants, 10 Capoeira DVDs, 3 Pandeiros and 10 White Training Pants. Although the number of Pandeiros purchased may not meet the minimum quantity for its category, as long as the order total is at least $1,000 USD, the affiliate will still qualify for wholesale pricing.

Why pay for my order before knowing how much shipping charges will be?

Wholesale orders differ so much in size, weight, and quantity that it is extremely difficult to give an accurate shipping estimate at the time of checkout. In order to provide you with an estimate, we need you to complete and pay for your order so that we can prepare it for shipment and calculate the actual time and cost. Once we know your final order details, our shipping specialists can determine the best method for shipment and give you the best value for your dollar.

How do you approve a shipping quote?

After you pay for your order you will receive a shipping quote at the email address listed in your account information. Your quote may provide up to three different options for delivery that are based on time and cost. To select the quote you want, just click on the “Approve” link next to your preferred shipping option.

Can my order be expedited?

Absolutely. We know that many times you just need your stuff to get there fast. If you need your gear right away, simply check the box that says, “I would like an express shipping quote” during the checkout process and our shipping specialists will let you know just how fast your merchandise will be there.

When will my wholesale order arrive?

Plan ahead for your wholesale orders! Please allow 4–6 weeks after the order is initially placed for delivery (though many items may ship from our warehouse within one business day). This time makes it possible for us to keep providing you with great wholesale discounts! If you require any of the items in your order to be expedited, please note those items in the comments box before checking out. VirtualCapoeira.com will make every effort to provide those items before your deadline. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and shipments via email, and you can always contact us at CustomerService@VirtualCapoeira.com with any questions you may have.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Some wholesale orders may be delivered in two shipments. Items that are available at the time of the order will generally ship within one business day; other items will arrive 4–6 weeks after the order is placed. Allowing for longer delivery times on wholesale orders makes it possible for us to bring you premium products at discount prices.

Can I cancel/return/exchange my wholesale order?

Wholesale orders can be canceled until 11:59 pm EST of the same calendar day they were placed. Orders canceled after this time but before shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Because of the already low prices we cannot accept returns on completed wholesale orders, however we will be happy to make exchanges on wholesale orders. Shipping for wholesale orders cannot be refunded.

Ordering Custom White Pants

VC now offers White Training Pants customized with your school’s logo screen printed or embroidered right onto the pant, and we get them to you in about a week!

• Order as many or as few as you like and still get the wholesale price! You can order as few as two pants at a time as you need them for new students or choose to order more to save on price and shipping costs.
• Full color embroidery and printing. Prices for both embroidery and printing include full color logos so you’re not limited to keeping your logo to just 2 or 3 colors. New transfer printing technology allows us to get you unlimited colors for one low price.
• Ship the pants wherever you want. Choose to have the pants shipped to you or directly to your students.
• Charge whatever you like. You decide what you want to charge for your pants and how much you want to make when you sell them to your students. Your price at VirtualCapoeira.com remains the same. You can place your order at any time through our automated wholesale system, even after you’ve collected uniform fees from your student.
• Save money by not stocking huge inventories. If you prefer, you never have to invest money upfront for pants again. You can order your school’s pants after you get paid, or like most of our instructors, just keep 1 or 2 of each size in stock and when one sells, use the money to replace them two at a time.
• Reliable turnaround. Have you ever waited months for pants to arrive from Brazil, or tried clearing them from customs? We’ll print or embroider your customized pants on demand—even if it’s just one at a time—and get them in the mail in about a week.
• Affordable – Have your cake and eat it too. We deal in bulk so you don’t have to. We’re leveraging our purchasing power to get you rock bottom wholesale prices on pants, screening, and embroidery while still allowing you the flexibility of buying one at a time.
• Combine orders and save more. Mestres and school owners, if you have more than one school with the same logo, you can combine their orders with yours to save on cost and still have them shipped directly to each school. For example, you can order 100 pants with full color logos for our lowest wholesale price and have them shipped to 3 or 4 different locations. You bill your students directly at your own prices and we’ll take care of the rest. Imagine filling your students’ pants orders without ever leaving your computer and still having room to collect your portion of the sale!

How to Get Started

1. Choose whether to have your logo embroidered or printed. Log in to your affiliate account to check wholesale prices for embroidery or printing.

2. Email us at CustomerService@VirtualCapoeira.com with your name, the name of your school, your original logo file (preferably in .psd CS3 or .ai CS formats,) and let us know the size you want on your pants (dimensions including height and width). Unless otherwise specified, the location of your logo will be on the top left of the pant. There’s a one time set up fee of $50 to cover the costs of converting your logo to be embroidered or printed.

3. Place your first order! If you order 10 or more pants on your first order, the $50 setup fee is waived.

How to Place your Custom Pant Order through our Automated System

2. Place your order. On the wholesale ordering page, scroll down to where it says “Custom White Training Pants” and enter the total number of pants you wish to order in the corresponding pricing level. Then on the next page, list the number of each size and style of pant (men's, women's, or kids) you wish to order in the 'Special Instructions' field. Click here to view our sizing chart. Though minimum requirements apply to other products you may purchase, there are no minimum purchase requirements for ordering Custom White Training Pants.

4. Approve the shipping quote. Shipping is calculated on a flat rate system to help keep it affordable for you. Pants are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation which is a 2-3 day shipping service. Domestic costs (within the United States, including U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and military addresses) are as follows:

2 Pants: $7.50 ($3.75 ea)

How long does it take to get my custom pants?

For customers in the United States, your first order will take about two weeks from the date you order until it’s delivered because of the set up process. Each subsequent order will arrive in about a week. International orders will take 3-4 weeks depending on the country and international shipping times.
