What are VirtualPoints?

VirtualPoints are reward points earned each time you make a purchase at VirtualCapoeira.com. You earn one point for each net dollar you spend on every purchase made through your account. Your VirtualPoints are automatically tracked in our system by your login name. Log into your account to check your VirtualPoints balance at any time.

How do I redeem my VirtualPoints?

Your VirtualPoints can be used to purchase any gear available on our site. Each item on VirtualCapoeira.com has a pre-assigned VirtualPoint value that can be viewed on individual product pages. Simply choose “Buy with VirtualPoints” when adding a product to your shopping bag. When you complete your purchase, the number of VirtualPoints required for the item(s) you selected will automatically be deducted from your account balance. VirtualPoints can only be redeemed once you have accumulated the total VirtualPoints required for particular items.

Can I pay using VirtualPoints and a credit card to cover the balance of my purchase?

No, VirtualPoints can only be redeemed once you have accumulated the total VirtualPoints required for particular items. Items purchased with VirtualPoints must be paid for separately through the checkout from items purchased by credit card or a Virtual Capoeira Gift Certificate.

Can I combine my VirtualPoints with other accounts?

No, but you can earn SchoolPoints together with your fellow Capoeiristas! If your instructor is a registered affiliate, each time a member of your school makes a purchase through your instructor's affiliate account, they earn VirtualPoints for themselves and SchoolPoints for their school. Like VirtualPoints, your instructor can redeem SchoolPoints for free gear for your school.

VirtualPoints Terms and Conditions

• In order to accrue VirtualPoints on any purchase, a user must have an active and existing account and verified email address with VirtualCapoeira.com.
• VirtualPoints are earned on total net purchases for product costs only.
• Wholesale purchases and movement video fees are not eligible to earn VirtualPoints.
• Shipping, tax and insurance fees are not eligible to earn VirtualPoints.
• Virtual Capoeira affiliates are not eligible to earn VirtualPoints.
• VirtualPoints cannot be earned on clearance items or on the purchase or redemption of gift certificates.
• VirtualPoints cannot be transferred between accounts or credited to new accounts.
