Shipping Information

Different shipping methods will be available depending on the product(s) purchased and the shipping destination. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method. Your total shipping costs will automatically compute during checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping method you select prior to the completion of your order. United States Orders

Orders placed within the United States are shipped by USPS or UPS carriers depending on the region. Shipping costs are calculated according to destination.

Standard delivery time for orders within the United States is within 3 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) following credit card authorization. Standard delivery time within the United States includes Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping insurance is optional upon customer request. Please contact us if you wish to insure your shipment. Customers are responsible for insurance fees.

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated according to size, weight and destination based on an estimated cost of USPS global mail. DHL, UPS, FedEx International or additional carriers may be used in the event that USPS does not ship to the country of destination.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for most orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) within the continental United States (excluding Alaska). Your order can be delivered to any residence or business Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.                                             

Overnight express orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders shipped within the continental United States will be shipped via a Standard Ground Carrier, or if requested, Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Overnight Express orders not received before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Second Day and Next Day air are available upon request and require additional shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are determined during the checkout process. Prior to submitting your order you will see exact shipping charges and be given the option to upgrade to an expedited shipping option if needed.
