Returns/Exchanges
At Virtual Capoeira, we stand by our products and emphasize exceptional
customer service and quality. Your satisfaction with our products is very
important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you
may return unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a
refund.
To return or exchange an item:
1. Pack items safely for shipping. Include:
- A copy of the original invoice received with your order and a note
detailing the reason for return and whether you want to exchange the item or
request a refund.
- If exchanging, please include the size and color you wish to exchange for.
2. Ship via a traceable and insurable carrier to the following address:

NOTE: To ensure faster processing of your refund, please keep a record
of the tracking number provided by the return shipment carrier.

Terms and Conditions
- We cannot exchange or accept returns for clearance items, berimbaus, berimbau cabaças, or opened DVDs,
CDs, or other forms of media.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding
shipping and handling charges). Please allow 14 business days for us to
receive your return and process your refund. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification of your refund.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if a mistake was made on your order
or if the product arrived damaged.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused within 30 days of
delivery. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
