Credit Card

All credit card transactions are processed over a secure and encrypted network to guard your payment information. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We also accept international Visa and Master Cards! For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Virtual Capoeira Gift Certificate

To pay with your Virtual Capoeira gift certificate, simply select “Enter Coupon Code” on the Shopping Cart page and enter the certificate code exactly as it appears in the field provided. Note that codes are case sensitive. Any unused portion of your gift certificate will be credited to your account to be used on future purchases.

Redeeming a Coupon or Promotional Code

On the Shopping Cart page viewed after adding an item to your cart, select “Enter Coupon Code” and enter the code exactly as it appears in the field provided. Note that codes are case sensitive. If your coupon qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one coupon or promotional code will be accepted per order.

Sales Tax

VirtualCapoeira.com is required to collect sales use tax in those states we are licensed to do business. We do not accept tax-exempt orders at this time. Sales tax is calculated from the address where the product is being shipped.

Tracking Your Order

If you have placed an order with VirtualCapoeira.com, you can check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided in your order confirmation email, or by selecting “pending orders” in your account management page once logged in.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order if a cancellation is necessary. Once you have completed the checkout process, your order begins to process and is immediately packaged for shipping. Ordering Wholesale

Virtual Capoeira proudly offers access to wholesale prices on specified capoeira gear to all approved affiliate instructors. You must be logged in to your affiliate instructor account to view wholesale prices. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, you must purchase the minimum quantity of items listed at the top of each category. Wholesale orders are not eligible for affiliate commissions, VirtualPoints, SchoolPoints, or special discounts and promotions unless otherwise specified. Delivery of wholesale orders will vary depending on the item, size, and quantity ordered. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery on all wholesale orders, noting that some orders may arrive much sooner.
