We are a school offering many martial arts, but proud to have a strong progressive yet traditional capoeira program. Tuesdays Thursdays 7-9pm, and Open Rodas on sunday twice a month.

We Meet Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm-9pm. The last part of class is an aula de musica after the class roda.
Please wear Whites or angoleiro colors if at all possible. If you are a visiting capoeirista, we dont have a single class fee, but donations are greatly apreciated.
