Capoeira Luanda of Ramstein, Germany has been in operation since October of 2005. Capoeira Luanda Ramstein is under the supervision of Mestre Jelon Vieira. Classes are taught bi-weekly by Graduados Bigodinho and Cigana.

Graduados Bigodinho and Cigana have been training capoeira for a combined 18 years. They were taught by Professor Esquilo Preto of Bahia, Brazil and are under the supervision of their Master, Mestre Jelon Vieira. Mestre Jelon is the founder and director of Capoeira Luanda, a worldwide organization with chapters all over the world. Bigodinho and Cigana have traveled the world training and learning, always looking to improve their technique and pass on their combined knowledge to their students. Classes are taught bi-weekly on Ramstein AB, Germany.
