2nd Annual Batizado & Formatura on June 28, 2008

The Batizado & Formatura will be held in Montclair, New Jersey at the Montclair Art Museum from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The event will begin with a roda from 6pm to 9pm on Friday night, June 27th at the Afro Brazilian Cultural Center in Montclair. We are offering workshops on Saturday June 28th from 11am to 12 noon at the Montclair Art Museum to Capoeiristas of all levels and ages. Mestre Quebrinha will teach the adult’s workshop and Professor Pinga Fogo will teach the kid’s workshop. Saturday evening after the Batizado we will host a party at the Center for all graduates and guests.
