Mestre Virgulino was kind enough to let us capture his excellent berimbau skills. Now we've made them available for everyone's benefit. There are currently 6 videos available (intro & berimbau basics, and 5 rhythms) with 7 more still to come! We will be posting a new rhythm every Tuesday, beginning Sept. 12th with the Santa Maria rhythm and continuing through Tuesday, October 24th when we will post the final rhythm. Check back with us often to hone your skills and master each rhythm. We're only giving you a week to practice each one before we release the next rhythm, so you'll have to log some hours on your berimbau. We expect you all to be busting out the same flourishes Mestre Virgulino uses by the end of the week, and we wish you much axe in your practicing and rodas!
